1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SixByFive TCG platform (the “Service”) operated by SixByFive Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old, or of the minimum legal age in your country, to create an account and use our Service.
• If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to keep this information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Overview

SixByFive TCG provides an online platform for managing trading card game collections, trading cards, participating in a marketplace, managing virtual binders, and engaging with community features. The Service may also offer paid subscriptions, premium features, or digital goods.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use the Service to:
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users;
  • Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content;
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
  • Upload viruses or malicious code;
  • Engage in fraud, scamming, or any activity intended to deceive others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or for any behaviour we deem inappropriate.

5. Trading, Marketplace, and Transactions

• The Service provides tools for users to list, trade, and purchase trading cards and related items. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of item listings, and for fulfilling trades or sales you agree to.
• You must not list prohibited items, counterfeit cards, or any items you do not have the legal right to sell or trade.
• If shipping physical goods, you are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely and shipped with valid tracking (where required).
• We are not a party to transactions between users and do not offer buyer or seller protection except where explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to suspend marketplace privileges for users involved in disputes or fraudulent activity.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of the Service may require payment or a subscription. Prices, payment terms, and features will be clearly described before purchase.
• By purchasing a subscription or digital goods, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription via your account settings.
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in our refund policy.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content (text, images, data, listings) you submit to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SixByFive Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
